On Friday, 18 January 2013, in the evening at 18:23, in Vilnius, on Rinktinės street, at the junction with Šeimyniškių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (2.32‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet.
