On Saturday, 12 April 2014, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a VAZ 2103 and an Opel Astra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 78-year-old driver of the VAZ (40 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
