On Saturday, 30 May 2015, in the evening at 17:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Šiaulėnai–Šaukotas–Pašušvys regional road (kilometre 24.20), a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Peugeot 406. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Peugeot (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
