Seat Cordoba and Ford crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Saturday, 24 October 2015, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kauno city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 100.97), a collision occurred. The collision involved a Seat Cordoba and a Ford Transit. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 76-year-old driver of the Seat (42 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
