Hit-and-run Honda driver and Peugeot crash at Laisvės avenue and Justiniškių street, Vilnius
On Friday, 11 December 2015, in the evening at 21:53, in Vilnius, on Laisvės avenue, at the junction with Justiniškių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Honda Accord and a Peugeot 206. One person was injured — a 22-year-old passenger of the Honda (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Honda (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
