Driver flees after hitting a drunk pedestrian on Šiaurės street, Vilnius
On Sunday, 24 April 2016, at night at 4:12, in Vilnius, on Šiaurės street near No. 97, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing and left the scene.
