Drunk, unlicensed driver runs off the road on the Tirkšliai–Žemalė–Račiai road
On Tuesday, 16 January 2018, in the evening at 18:32, in Mažeikių district municipality, on the Tirkšliai–Žemalė–Račiai regional road (kilometre 0.40), a Renault Laguna ran off the road.
