Unlicensed driver's Belarus tractor rolls over on the Utena–Pakalniai–Alanta road
On Tuesday, 9 April 2019, in the morning at 6:50, in Utenos district municipality, on the Utena–Pakalniai–Alanta regional road (kilometre 11.68), a Belarus rolled over. One person died — the 69-year-old driver of the Belarus. The accident was caused by the 69-year-old driver of the Belarus, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence.
