Drunk, hit-and-run Citroen driver hits an obstacle on the Ličiūnai–Smilgiai road
On Saturday, 15 June 2019, in the evening at 21:09, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Ličiūnai–Smilgiai regional road (kilometre 0.01), a Citroen Xantia hit an obstacle.
