Lexus hits an obstacle on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Saturday, 28 September 2019, in the afternoon at 16:25, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 111.10), a Lexus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Lexus (32 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
