On Saturday, 16 November 2019, in the evening at 22:49, in Švenčionių district municipality, Trakų farmstead, on the Švenčionys–Lentupiai national road (kilometre 2.45), a Volvo V70 rolled over. One person died — the 28-year-old driver of the Volvo (was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed.
