On Wednesday, 8 December 2021, in the morning at 10:12, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 269.65), an Opel Zafira - A hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Opel (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.05‰ blood alcohol).
