On Thursday, 6 October 2022, in the morning at around 8:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Didžiosios Riešės village, on Riešės street near No. 2, a Citroen C5 hit two pedestrians away from any crossing. Two people were injured — a 13-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized) and a 7-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized).
