Opel Corsa and MAN truck crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Wednesday, 10 April 2024, in the afternoon at 14:50, in Kauno district municipality, Neveronių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 88.80), a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved an Opel Corsa and a MAN TGX. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Opel (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
