Unlicensed driver's Citroen rolls over on the Pumpėnai–Rinkūnai–Žadeikiai road
On Wednesday, 16 April 2025, in the evening at 19:55, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Pumpėnai–Rinkūnai–Žadeikiai regional road (kilometre 11.10), a Citroen Xsara rolled over. One person was injured — the 33-year-old driver of the Citroen (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
