Drunk, unlicensed driver and Audi crash at Laisvės avenue and Rygos street, Vilnius
On Tuesday, 1 January 2013, in the evening at 17:30, in Vilnius, on Laisvės avenue, at the junction with Rygos street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Rover 214 and an Audi A6. One person was injured — the 25-year-old driver of the Rover (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to obey traffic-control signals. He was drunk (2.57‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
