Unlicensed driver's Peugeot moped rolls over in Klevečkinės village
On Thursday, 16 May 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Panevėžio district municipality, Klevečkinės village, a Peugeot rolled over. Two people were injured — the 18-year-old driver of the Peugeot (treated as an outpatient) and a 20-year-old passenger of the Peugeot (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
