Moped driver flees after hitting a pedestrian on Palydovo street, Vilnius
On Saturday, 8 June 2013, in the evening at 21:30, in Vilnius, on Palydovo street near No. 29A, a moped hit a pedestrian away from any crossing and left the scene.
