On Thursday, 25 July 2013, in the afternoon at 11:52, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 21), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Iveco AS440S43, a KEL- Berg S40S3 and an Audi 80 Avant. Two people died — the 25-year-old driver of the Audi and a 4-year-old passenger of the Audi (was not in a child seat). Both drivers were sober.
