On Wednesday, 22 January 2014, at night at 2:36, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 44.91), an Iveco AS440S45 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Iveco (22 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
