Drunk, hit-and-run driver hits an obstacle at Laisvės and Pastaunyko streets, Biržai
On Sunday, 20 July 2014, in the evening at 21:26, in Biržų district municipality, on Laisvės street, at the junction with Pastaunyko street, an Audi 80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed.
