Peugeot runs off the road on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Wednesday, 21 January 2015, in the morning at 10:15, in Šilalės district municipality, Pagrybio village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 221.30), a Peugeot 206 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Peugeot (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 110 km/h.
