Unlicensed Cadillac driver hits a parked Hyundai and flees on Gelvonų street, Vilnius
On Tuesday, 27 January 2015, in the morning at 10:55, in Vilnius, on Gelvonų street near No. 70, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
