Volkswagen driver hits a parked Chrysler and flees on Ukmergės street, Vilnius
On Wednesday, 3 June 2015, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Vilnius, on Ukmergės street near No. 244, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
