On Thursday, 28 January 2016, in the afternoon at 14:56, in Vilnius, on Ozo street near No. 12, a Chrysler Voyager hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 15-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Chrysler, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
