Skoda Octavia driver hits a parked Volkswagen and flees on Mėsinių street, Vilnius
On Friday, 11 November 2016, in the evening at around 22:00, in Vilnius, on Mėsinių street near No. 5, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
