BMW hits children at a crossing on Pramonės street, Šiauliai
On Sunday, 13 August 2017, in the evening at 19:05, in Šiauliai, on Pramonės street near No. 23A, a BMW 318 hit two pedestrians at a pedestrian crossing. Two people were injured — a 6-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient) and a 9-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (2 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
