Drunk, unlicensed motorcyclist hits a parked Ford on Gedimino street, Kuršėnai
On Monday, 14 August 2017, at night at 0:01, in Šiaulių district municipality, on Gedimino street near No. 48, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Kymco, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence.
