Unlicensed Volvo driver hits a parked Opel and flees on Kęstučio street, Viduklės town
On Friday, 25 August 2017, in the evening at 21:30, in Raseinių district municipality, Viduklės town, on Kęstučio street near No. 16, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
