Skoda Octavia hits a pedestrian at a crossing on Šilutės highway, Klaipėda
On Monday, 16 October 2017, in the morning at around 7:00, in Klaipėda, on Šilutės highway near No. 79, a Skoda Octavia hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 63-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Skoda (33 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
