Drunk driver's BMW 330 XD rolls over on the Kretinga–Skuodas road
On Monday, 1 January 2018, in the morning at 8:25, in Skuodo district municipality, on the Kretinga–Skuodas national road (kilometre 42.42), a BMW 330 XD rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the BMW (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.63‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
