Drunk, unlicensed driver's Peugeot rolls over in Pūslaukio village
On Sunday, 24 June 2018, at night at 3:35, in Šilalės district municipality, Pūslaukio village, a Peugeot 406 rolled over. Two people were injured — a 22-year-old passenger of the Peugeot (hospitalized) and a 17-year-old passenger of the Peugeot (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.48‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. A 22-year-old passenger of the Peugeot was drunk (1.99‰). A 17-year-old passenger of the Peugeot was drunk (1.01‰). A 17-year-old passenger of the Peugeot was drunk (1.40‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
