Drunk cyclist crashes on the Skogalis–Leošina–Pašakarnis road
On Wednesday, 17 April 2019, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Skogalis–Leošina–Pašakarnis regional road (kilometre 1.30), a traffic accident occurred.
