Hit-and-run, unlicensed driver's Opel rolls over in Šmotiškių village
On Sunday, 10 November 2019, in the morning at 9:13, in Kėdainių district municipality, Šmotiškių village, on Šmotiškių street near No. 13, an Opel rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
