Ford hits a child at a crossing at Molėtų highway and Mokslininkų street, Vilnius
On Wednesday, 18 December 2019, in the evening at 17:25, in Vilnius, on Molėtų highway, at the junction with Mokslininkų street, a Ford Transit hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 9-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 73-year-old driver of the Ford (51 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
