Two Volkswagen cars crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Tuesday, 28 January 2020, in the evening at 17:30, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 82.75), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Caravelle and a Volkswagen Caddy. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Caravelle (20 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
