On Thursday, 20 February 2020, in the afternoon at 16:50, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 8.80), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Skyjet and an Opel Vectra. One person was injured — the 25-year-old driver of the Skyjet (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Skyjet, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
