MTZ tractor and Opel crash on the Jurbarkas–Skaudvilė road
On Monday, 29 June 2020, in the evening at 17:14, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Jurbarkas–Skaudvilė national road (kilometre 7.30), a MTZ rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the MTZ (2 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
