Honda CR-V driver flees after hitting a pedestrian on Rambyno street, Klaipėda
On Thursday, 21 January 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Klaipėda, on Rambyno street near No. 5, a Honda CR-V hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 84-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Honda (20 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. The driver was sober.
