Unlicensed Toyota RAV4 driver hits a parked BMW on Balsių street, Vilnius
On Wednesday, 15 December 2021, in the afternoon at 12:45, in Vilnius, on Balsių street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
