Unlicensed motorcyclist rolls over on the Juostininkai–Raguva road
On Sunday, 31 July 2022, in the afternoon at 11:30, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Juostininkai–Raguva regional road (kilometre 5), a Bashan rolled over. One person was injured — the 57-year-old driver of the Bashan (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Bashan, who failed to choose a safe speed. He refused a sobriety test and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
