On Tuesday, 27 December 2022, at night at around 23:00, in Vilnius, on Savanorių avenue near No. 13A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Dodge Grand Caravan and a BMW 3ER Reihe. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Dodge, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was raining, the road surface was wet.
