On Wednesday, 2 August 2023, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Ateities highway near No. 34, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT 105XF460 registered in Poland, an Audi A3 WAHLW. Audi S3 and a Krone SD registered in Poland. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the DAF (18 years of driving experience). He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
