BMW runs off the road on the Anykščiai–Troškūnai–Panevėžys road
On Monday, 5 February 2024, in the evening at 19:28, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Anykščiai–Troškūnai–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 50.20), a BMW ran off the road. Two people were injured — the 51-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient) and a 28-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the BMW (27 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
