Unlicensed Opel driver hits a parked Volkswagen and flees on Dainavos street, Šiauliai
On Sunday, 21 April 2024, in the evening at around 22:00, in Šiauliai, on Dainavos street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober.
