No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.95‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. A 20-year-old passenger of the Volvo was drunk (1.30‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
