On Tuesday, 22 July 2025, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Vilnius, on Ukmergės street near No. 363, a collision with barriers occurred. The accident involved a moped. Two people were injured — the 14-year-old driver of a moped (hospitalized) and a 11-year-old passenger of a moped (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
